My unique outlook on life comes from being first generation Vietnamese-American. Growing up in San Diego made me appreciate my culture and heritage. Attending school in New York City heightened my love for fashion and art. My design perspective incorporates these two aspects of me.
To me it is important to create something more than consumable clothes, ultimately creating pieces that will last more than a single wear and more than a lifetime. It is important to me how my art leaves an impact on the physical world.
